Funding Officer

Responsibilities

• Follow up customer service issues well as identify business potential from existing database
• Handle walk in customer transactions
• Sales acquisition for funding, bancassurance, and investment product
• Increasing branch funding portfolio by cross selling, top up, etc
• Handling walking customer for opening account, product, & service information complaint, etc
• Sales for wealth management product

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in any field
• Preferably senior staff specializing in Banking / Financial Service or equivalent
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in selling funding product include investment and bancassurance
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
• Target oriented and able to work under pressure
• Persistent and highly motivated to achieve best perfomance
