We are currently recruiting for a Multinational Telco Company which Established in 1988 as one of the leading telecommunication firm, supply and built telecommunication network, especially for Local Area Network, Transmission System and DC Power Supply.

Operation Manager

Requirements :

• Min. Bachelor Degree in any major
• Have strong knowledge of all Windows Systems and PC, as well as experience Siemens/Nokia BTS and NodeB Systems (RA77A, BR9BSS, Microwave radio (HIT770), GSM and UTMS architecture)
• 10 years experience in same field
• Good communication and managerial skill
• Good command in English both written and oral is a must
• Has a good leadership
• Has a strong knowledge in IT & Telco Industry
• Analyzing, forecasting, budgeting and implementation.
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta or Palembang

Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service by responding clients Trouble Tickets and Resolving them within SLA agreement
2. Manage scheduling for routing maintenance jobs
3. Reporting to Management
4. Budgeting
