Telecom Support Analyst - Veraz Engineer and Sonus Engineer, Belgium

Netlink Group is a global consultancy company specialising in the niche vertical markets of Information Technology and Telecommunications and has been established to provide professional employment solutions and IT Training in the challenging and evolving global marketplace.

We are looking at this moment for ‘Veraz’ software switch experience and Sonus Engineer, need to be some one with experience in (maintenance & trouble shooting) , long project more 1 year in Brussels.

Requirements:

• Preferably having experience operating a node in an International network
• Having operational experience in a Mobile or Fixed network
• Experience in Maintenance on service level (trouble shooting complex customer complaints)
• Being customer oriented
• Experience for the following systems is an advantage (Veraz, Sonus, Roamware, Nokia, Siemens networks)
• Understanding Telecom protocols such as SS7 (MAP, ISUP, SCCP), IP, SIP
