Senior Manager Marketing Planning & Analysis

Responsibilities:

• Develop the annual & quarterly commercial plans
• Lead the Early Stages of Strategic Initiatives
• Manage the development of marketing plans as input for the company’s strategy
• Manage the monitoring of marketing implementations to fine-tune current plans and to prepare next quarter/annual plans
• Manage the Development of analysis reports on Sales and Marketing performance
• Manage Staff Performance and Development

Requirements:

• Degree from Marketing/Business/Economics/Engineering with at least 10 years experience in Marketing (preferably from a telecommunication or FMCG sectors) and has worked in a competitive environment.
• Demonstrate strong strategic thinking and planning capabilities with an excellent understanding of brand management.
• Display strong leadership skills, able to motivate and bring out the best performance in terms.
• Display strong understanding of business and commercial matters and relating it to overall department and organizational goals
