Customer Service Officer
Responsibilities:
- Daily order processing, prepare quotations, invoices, DO, Packing List and execute customer activities.
- Prepare quotation and follow-up enquires (Both Suppliers & Customers)
- Sourcing of Material & products
- Issue Purchase Requisite
- Arrange inbound / outbound shipments
Requirements:
- Preferably have product knowledge in pipeline or hydraulic products
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
- Experience in customer service is a added advantage
- Preferably "O" Level or diploma holder.
