Customer Service Representative
General Requirement:
- Fluent in English: both written and spoken
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in handling customer
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Having knowledge in project management
- Familiar with SAP is an advantage
- Able to work as a team
- Highly Motivated, Full of initiative and fast learner
Primary Responsibilities:
- Dedicated contact person for specific customer and handling special projects
- Process the order from contact center and continuously support customer special requirements
- Handling Warranty order and maintain the database
- Assist for improvement in sales processing, to comply / to impose sales procedures
