Organizational Development
(HR Supervisor)

Requirements:

• Holds Bachelor degree (S1) in Psychology
• Has more than 5 years experience in HR field especially in Organizational & Development
• Having knowledge of SPSS and/or other tool of Human Capital Management is preferred
• Must have strong personality, leadership skills, and analytical mind
• Willing to travel occasionally
• Able to communicate in English
