Responsibilities

• To provide service delivery support (network focus) for ICT projects i.e. MPLS, internet, LAN, WAN, Voice, Security etc.
• To provide field engineering support for network troubleshooting in LAN/WAN infrastructure, installation, upgrade of network.
• To implement projects according to customer’s expectation which includes vendors control
• To support pre-sales team in network design proposals
• To create project documentation i.e. detailed network design, project implementation schedule etc.
• To involve in technical evaluation of new products and services.

Requirement

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Computer Sciences or equivalent; with relevant CCDA, CCNP or equivalent technical certification will be advantaged.
• Min 3 years hands-on experience implementing network projects
• Strong fundamental knowledge in networking, advanced routing and switching knowledge (IGP/ EGP, QOS, VPN and MLS, etc)
• Hands-on experience in Cisco or Juniper range of products including routers, switches, firewalls and VPN appliances
• Good project management skills in ICT solutions
• Good understanding of Telecommunications infrastructure and services
• Customer oriented, good initiative, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Sound analytical and problem solving skills
