Telecommunication Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Single point of contact for customers, on-call/on-site, for all add/move/change/DR for their systems and infrastructure activity.
• Manage technical fault escalation from pre- and post-implementation.
• To collaborate all escalations with clients Application Architects, Back-Bone Engineers and Technology Partners both regional and globally.
• Perform remote maintenance diagnostics on IP Telephony and/or IP Contact Center solutions
• Supports complex end-user installations, configurations, upgrades, hardware/application debug and migrations through problem isolation, verification, resolution and documentation. May include supporting 3rd party products.
• Assist in periodic on site preventive maintenance, follow-up services and problem escalation

• Provide solutions to a diverse range of complex, integrated IP converged PBX and Contact Center issues.

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 year(s) of working experience in support role for telecommunication field is required for this position.

• Possess good English communication skills both in written and oral communication (knowledge in Chinese language is not necessary).
