Supervisor VAS Content Operation – RBT & Brew (VAS-CO)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Establish and update / maintain the process or procedures related to VAS RBT&BREW operation
2. Operate end-to-end related for Platform and Application of VAS RBT&BREW:
• Be responsible for producing a daily, weekly, and monthly report on all related business aspects under the scope of Platform and Application of VAS RBT&BREW
• Be responsible to monitor and reporting the quality of Platform and Application of VAS RBT&BREW
3. Conduct product performance evaluation and analysis, and propose solution for product improvement and/or revenue enhancement
4. Conducting UAT for new products/features enhancement, and regular test to make sure product continuity
5. Internal and external coordination for project progress monitoring
6. Proposing promotion plan (product/feature, communication, and tools) for enhancing revenue
7. Coordination with cross functional teams for integration / execution of changes to the Platform and Application

Requirement:

1. Min Bachelor degree from reputable university
2. Good knowledge in wireless and internet business, CDMA technology and infrastructure; specially on Product Management and Customer Relations Management (CRM)
3. Possess good business sense and capable to handle data
   Good competencies in Telecommunication environment, English Language, and basic Finance
4. Good skills in communication, interpersonal and self-assessment, teamwork, inspire trust, and communicate effectively
5. Strong knowledge of VAS network element (MSC, SMSC, HLR, RBT, IN)
