Customer Service Representative

General Requirement:

  • Fluent in English: both written and spoken
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in handling customer
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Having knowledge in project management
  • Familiar with SAP is an advantage
  • Able to work as a team
  • Highly Motivated, Full of initiative and fast learner


Primary Responsibilities:
  • Dedicated contact person for specific customer and handling special projects
  • Process the order from contact center and continuously support customer special requirements
  • Handling Warranty order and maintain the database
  • Assist for improvement in sales processing, to comply / to impose sales procedures
