Support Engineer - Siemens IT Solution Vacancy

Support Engineer SE3($32-$40) CJ2 4112-1

This position is for the world's largest software company, headquartered in Redmond, Washington. The position is however in Irving, Texas.

Position Description:
Acts as the final point of escalation and resolution for technical support. Provides advanced technical support to share point developers, corporate customers and end users for complex products, including highly escalated issues. Provides support via telephone, written correspondence, and electronic media. Will be doing a lot of research on technical documents , writing samples and feature lists.

Qualifications:
  • 4 years work related experience required.
  • ASP.NET
  • VB.NET and/or C#
  • Exceptional customer service, communication, problem solving(trouble shooting), and technical writing skills are required.
  • Must have sufficient technical depth to communicate with development and other internal organizations at a peer level.
  • Share point experience is a plus.
  • Associate's degree in a technical field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
