Due to their business expansion, they are currently looking for suitably qualified candidate to fill the following positions:
Telecommunication Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Single point of contact for customers, on-call/on-site, for all add/move/change/DR for their systems and infrastructure activity.
- Manage technical fault escalation from pre- and post-implementation.
- To collaborate all escalations with clients Application Architects, Back-Bone Engineers and Technology Partners both regional and globally.
- Perform remote maintenance diagnostics on IP Telephony and/or IP Contact Center solutions
- Supports complex end-user installations, configurations, upgrades, hardware/application debug and migrations through problem isolation, verification, resolution and documentation. May include supporting 3rd party products.
- Assist in periodic on site preventive maintenance, follow-up services and problem escalation
- Provide remote and on-site pre- and post-implementation complex engineering support.
- Provide solutions to a diverse range of complex, integrated IP converged PBX and Contact Center issues.
Requirements:
- At least a Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 year(s) of working experience in support role for telecommunication field is required for this position.

- Possess good English communication skills both in written and oral communication (knowledge in Chinese language is not necessary).
- Must be willing to work in Dalian, China - an international IT hub (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dalian).
- Solid technical background; SW programming/application experience desired; professional certifications are desired, MCSE, Linux, CCNP, CCNA Certification may take good credit.
- Experience in technical service/system implementation and installation.
- Telecommunication application skills (PBX, QSIG,ISDN, Voice/network routing), Protocols (VOIP/SIP), Unix/Linux administration, Windows (desktop, server)admin, RDBMS (Oracle, SQL server, etc) admin, PBX switching routing data networks.
Technical skills: Pre-requisite for installation, up gradation and migration, including technical specification, electrical specification and back-up procedure.
This is a permanent position subject to yearly visa approval. Salary package is up to CNY 15K (+/-USD 2000). Accommodation and transportation is not provided (est. cost : USD 200/month). Flight ticket and visa will be borne by the company.
