Call Centre Specialist

Our client is a leading provider of global supply chain management solutions with more than 20 years of experience servicing the needs of technology companies, is always looking for talented people to join their dynamic and rewarding team.

Currently, they have vacancy for:
Call Centre Specialist (2 years contract renewable)


Roles & Responsibilities:
  • To create training materials/hand book and provide periodic training for both Call and service centers.
  • In-depth knowledge and is certified for Microsoft Windows Mobile 4 and later.
  • To support customer for any dispute.
  • To support supervisor in filtering complains as well as a back up in his absence .
  • To monitor and maintain service level and logging rate.
  • Perform quality checks on product(s) and assist supervisor in administrative work when needed.
  • Support product demonstration as well as to provide 1st level support to customers� queries. As well as provide support Level 1 and 2 trouble shooting.


Pre-Requisite:
  • Degree holder with at least 6 months of working experience in customer service and/or call centre industry
  • Must be customer oriented, has initiative, fast learner and possess positive deposition
  • Able to handle difficult customers and works accurately and with an eye for detail
  • Able to provide excellent customer service in a fast pace working environment
  • Establish knowledge and experience with PDA phones troubleshooting, leadership experience is an advantage
  • Able to work 5 1/2 days
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

Other Information:
  • Working Location: East
  • Salary Range: $2,000 - $2,400 (commensurate with experience)
