Receptionist

We are currently looking for a Receptionist (Contract) where the responsibilities of the successful candidate will include:
  • To ensure all customer needs are met in friendly and courteous manner and provide excellent customer service to customer visiting the Bank Chamber
  • Administrative matter are completed according to agreed requirements for quality, timeliness and service
  • Receive inward telephone calls and transfer them to, or take message for, the recipient accurately and provide professional, efficient, accurate and timely support as required to enable line managers to meet agreed service standards

Qualifications:
  • Minimum Diploma Graduate
  • Pleasant personality and excellent communication skills
  • Planning and organizing skills
  • Computer literacy, especially MS Word
  • Good command in English, especially verbal

The position will be on contract basis for 6 months with a possibility of extension or being permanent. Interested applicants should send their CV to contract.recruit@anz.com.
