Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Daily order processing, prepare quotations, invoices, DO, Packing List and execute customer activities.
  • Prepare quotation and follow-up enquires (Both Suppliers & Customers)
  • Sourcing of Material & products
  • Issue Purchase Requisite
  • Arrange inbound / outbound shipments

Requirements:
  • Preferably have product knowledge in pipeline or hydraulic products
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin
  • Experience in customer service is a added advantage
  • Preferably "O" Level or diploma holder.
