Telecoms Technical Services Engineer

Job Description :

The role the technical services engineer is to be the bridge between the operations team doing work onsite and the companies customers including insured parties, adjusters & insurers, helping to manage their expectations and ensuring what we deliver is what they want, In addition it is also the responsibility of the technical service engineer to undertake inspections and create incident summaries which outline our findings and provide the options for recovery. The TS Engineer will also be required to keep other stake holders up to date either weekly or monthly with reports.

Key Duties :
  • Undertake inspections.
  • Write incident summary reports.
  • Manage relationship with insured, including expectations.
  • Write weekly or monthly updates for updates for stakeholders as required.
  • Liase with operations team to ensure what we are delivering is what is expected.
  • Undertake follow up inspections and meetings with the insured after payment and complete
  • Introduce our services to various parties outlining the benefits.

Requirements :
  • Friendly personality and ability to work well as part of a team.
  • More than 5 years experience in telecomunications field.
  • Experience testing, commissioning, troubleshooting & repairing telecomunications equipment.
  • Ability to write technical reports.
  • Experience supervising and manage small teams.
  • Speak English fluently.
